Children winter down jacket production with the deadline at the end of January 2017.
Challenging project of manufacturing children jackets in 12 (!) different sizes. Customer’s requirements were to create a boutique-style winter jackets that would be light weighted and cold resistant in the same time. You can find more details here.
Generic down jackets manufacturing with deadline in the middle of January 2017
Detailed report with many photos could be seen in this page. Order of down jackets for Argentinian customer without any brand only with generic hangtags. This way the customer can print or add any brand once the jackets are safely imported to Argentina or keep them generic the way they are. Chinese New Year
Hi everybody!
Chinese New Year celebrations will start next week! Lunar year 2016 is about to end. Soon monkey will be replaced by rooster and lunar year 2017 will start.
In China many people work far from their province of origin. Chinese New Year is the time for them to go home and celebrate with the family. Chinese New Year also know as Spring festival and is the most important holiday during the entire year. All factories take around 3 or 4 weeks of holidays.
Every year this period just before Chinese New Year is the most stressful time of the year for us. It’s the time of major concentration of deadlines. As masses of people starts to move highways are desperately congested, logistics providers are deadly busy and sea containers are all fully booked.
We have just finished four orders for important customers. Soon we will prepare detailed reports with a lot of visual material. Reports will then appear together with reports about purse manufacturing for PLEGARIA brand, sample preparation for JOHN FOOS footwear brand or down jackets manufacturing for OCBAN brand.

It’s been a while since JOHN FOOS been considering moving part of their manufacturing process to China. Only a small part a manufacturing process that they cannot implement locally in Latin America wold be potentially moved to China.
We prepared 4 upper of the shoe for cold molding processing and 4 vulcanized shoes with 2 different manufacturing processes according to the technical sheet.

Our Year 2016
Hi everybody!
Our lifes changed significantly since we have been living and working in China. Christmas Eve changed into a normal working day and New Year Eve was postpone till January or February according to lunar calendar in order to be held together with Chinese New Year.
Even though we are quite busy during this time of the year because all orders need to be finished before Chinese New year, we still found some time to reflect our thoughts about our year 2016.
What have we done in 2016:
1) We replied hundreds of inquiries we received through our Contact Form
2) We filled our BLOG with news about our manufacturing activities
3) We added plenty of new products to our Catalogue
4) We improved our webpage the way it’s easier to explore and contains more useful information
5) We added English translation!
6) We found new customers!
7) We had quite a few of interesting orders from important apparel brands (soon we will prepare detail description of all our 2016 projects)
What we have planned for 2017 :

Sweaters Manufacturing

You can check out our fresh products in our catalogue right now. We added several pullovers for man, woman and children. We try to get as diverse options as possible in order to offer you a wide range of products we can manufacture for your brand here in China. Hopefully this way it would be easier for you to decide what pullover would be the best fit for your next fashion collection.
Minimum manufacturing quantity is quite small in case of sweaters. Only 50 pieces per size with a minimum total order of 300 pieces.
You can choose natural materials as cotton, wool, linen cashmere and silk OR you can opt for synthetic material as nylon, polyester, acrylic, viscose and others. Obviously any mixture of previously mentioned materials is possible. Each material has its own characteristics.
A (50% wool, 45% viscose, 5% cashmere), B (78% viscose, 22% polyester),
C (40% viscose, 32% linen, 28% cotton), D (71% linen, 5% polyester, 24% polyamide)
Any kind of applique is possible. Applique or batch could be designed by you or we can help you out.
In addition to sweaters of any kind we can also manufacture autumn/winter dresses and skirt, T-shirts, scarfs and winter hats.
