Children winter down jacket production. Winter 2017 collection manufacturing for a well know Argentinian boutique brand. Production deadline was settled to 15th<\/sup> January.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This manufacturing order was one of the most challenging one from all those wonderful projects we had last year. The customer is upscale Argentinian clothing company with high requirements in terms of cut and quality.\u00a0 In total we manufactured two styles (for boy and girl) in 12 (!) different sizes. The size chart ranges from newborn to teenager.<\/p>\n

Order: In total we have manufactured jackets in four different color variations. The girl\u2019s long style jacket was designed in marine blue and cream colors. The boy\u2019s short style jacket was designed in black (shell) and golden (lining) and marine blue (shell) and sky blue (lining). Both models were manufactured based on detailed Spec Packs.<\/p>\n

Accessories:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>In case of this order, the customer had plenty of cut and material requirements, however he did not require any customized accessories (with exception of external and internal labels). The most important aspect was to create an elegant jacket for kids with perfect fit. \u00a0\u00a0We have prepared generic nylon coil zippers and snap buttons. The customer designed three different types of external labels (according to age of final customer and style).<\/p>\n

Material:<\/strong>\u00a050% down, 50% down fiber, nylon (shell and lining), nylon coil zippers<\/p>\n

\u00a0Customer\u2019s requirements were to create a boutique-style winter jackets that would be light weighted and cold resistant in the same time. The customer made sure that only resistant materials were used and that the final cut is functional.<\/p>\n

On the below photo you can observe the final product. The girl\u2019s long style jackets were designed in marine blue and cream colors (no lining).<\/p>\n

The biggest challenge was to manage the large number of sizes which were manufactured. We met the deadline and the final products were packed in 44 large cartons and sent to Argentina just before Chinese New Year.<\/p>\n
