TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 

Technical specifications (Spec Pack)  is an essential document that needs to be confirmed by both sides. Only with technical specification or with available sample we can give you an accurate quotation. All of our big customers provide us with technical specification documents before the commencement of manufacturing.  We can skip this part in case you select the exact same style of garment we have in our showroom or in our catalog.

Material: Required material (shell, lining, padding etc.) needs to be a part of the document.

Size Curve: You can choose any size curve you want. The most common is from S to XL using the rate 1-2-2-1 or from S to XXL 1-2-3-2-1.

Accessories and Labels: There should be included information about all required labels and accessories. The important would be specially its location. Other detail information should be enclosed in a separate file (with the minimum resolution 300 dpi).

Selected colours according to Pantone TPX or colour cards: Any Pantone TPX colour could be used. There are also a few colour cards in our showroom that could be used for different products. These are usually common colours that the factory keep in stock during the whole year or colours that are expected to be popular in next season.

Zippers and buttons: Technical specification should contain information about required zippers and buttons. Generally need to be specified the zipper size, zipper material and zipper brand (meaning quality in this case). Of course if the production is done according to the samples the final product would have the same zippers and buttons as the sample.

Logo printing: Spec Packs should include information about your brand logo. The important would be specially its location. Other detail information should be enclosed in a separate file (with the minimum resolution 300 dpi).

Applique & Accessories (batches and decorations): There should be included information about any type of required garment decoration. The important would be specially its location. Other detail information should be enclosed in a separate file (with the minimum resolution 300 dpi).

Size Chart: Size chart is an important part of any garment technical specification document. If there is a production sample in certain size we can help you to extrapolate and create the size chart accordingly. Once defined always need to be confirmed by the customer.

Packaging: If necessary the information about external and internal packaging could appear.

Generally we use to do two sets of samples. The first set is just to get a general idea about the product. Customer needs to provide a list of all required changes. The second set of samples is prepared after 30% advanced payment and should be according to technical specification and all customer corrections. The second set of samples is called pre-production samples. When the manufacturing is over many customers ask us to send them final product samples in order to start preparing promotional material.
